Gather your stuff. You better have a portfolio of some amazing stuff
if you want to work here. We need to have our socks knocked off! So
get together some past projects, some mockups, some representations
of what exactly you can do for us, and whatever else you think will
impress us and ultimately get you the job. If you can top this website,
then you're the ideal candidate. (And no, you're not allowed to develop
entire websites in Flash.)
Get technical.
Look, we can all call ourselves the next big thing in web development,
but what really matters is whether we know the tools of the trade.
It is required that you know XHTML, CSS, have a good understanding of
web standards, and can develop cross-browser / cross-resolution websites.
Web-coding skills (PHP, ASP, etc) is a plus (and will probably land you a
better job with us) but is not required. Also, no table-driven layouts!

Alright, so you may know your stuff but do you have what it takes to
apply? You've got to be a fun person who thrives on constructive criticism
